Randy and his team were fabulous! they sent reminders about my appointment, answer all of my questions as a first time customer, and showed up right on time and got the job done very quickly. Our carpets are six years old and had never been cleaned. I am so excited they look brand-new again especially the stairs which were looking very flat and sad LOL. Thank you, Randy!
